CONSULTATION MEETING

The main purpose of the listening phase is to identify the parameters of your project. Give us your ideas and concepts to work from. It is not necessary to bring samples of work that you like. We just want to gather as much information as possible about your company, your audience, reasons you have for doing the project, and a budget outline.

Create

INITIAL DESIGN

Based on the ideas discussed during the consultation meeting, we will begin work on several concepts. The strongest designs are chosen by our art director and prepared for the concept review.

CONCEPT REVIEW

During this meeting, we present the strongest designs and discuss with the client whether they meet the client’s needs and budget.

Polish

FINALIZE DESIGN

Based upon the changes discussed in the previous meeting with the client, we continue work on the project. In this step we make a final cut and polish the details of the design.

CLIENT APPROVAL & PROJECT COMPLETION

Once the last changes are made, the final design is sent to the client for approval. Then the project is complete.
